	This is Juan Jose Lopez-Rivera. I'm currently working in my
doctoral dissertation (University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain); more
concretely, my research involves
mood and modality in Spanish. I would need to have the complete reference
of two works, STEELE (1973) and DE HAAN (1994). Both works are treatments
of modality from a typological approach (not restricted in order to a
unique family of languages). Would anybody be able to give me further
information? Thank a lot.

Subject:  Locating Perry & Ginny Schlie
 
I am trying to get in touch with Perry and Ginny Schlie.  They
published a paper called 'Kara Phonology' in SIL Data Papers number 2
in 1994, so I assume they have something to do with SIL.
Unfortunately, I can't find their e-mail addresses on the linguist
list, or any other contact info.  If someone could help me out here,
I'd be most grateful.

Does anybody have any information about literature dealing specifically
with (a) polysemy  in language acquistion/semantic development, and (b)
metonymy in language acquistion/semantic development? I would be very
