The European Academy Bozen/Bolzano is seeking:

   1 Researcher in Computational Linguistics


You will be assisting in the development of knowledge resources,
working within a team of linguists and legal experts.

Your duties will include the following:

- analysis of text corpora;
- development of terminology management systems;
- creation of automatic tools for terminological projects;
- assessment and evaluation of knowledge resources.

A university degree in Computational Linguistics, or equivalent
qualification, is required. Postgraduate studies will be encouraged.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivation and the
ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment are
very important.

The post is fixed term for 2(+3) years.

The deadline for applications is 30th November 2000.
