Software Quality Analyst - French
General Description
Open Text, having refreshed its product vision, is streaking past the

extending its product, Livelink to take e-Business to the next

products, working with some of the best developers in the world who
will mentor you to do your best and grow constantly.
Primary Duties
1. Translate English user interface into French.
2. Provide an analysis of the software quality in a dynamic
environment with all the resources you need to excel.
3. Design and write test strategies using leading edge technology.
4. Participate in test strategy inspections.
5. Design, write, and execute test cases.
6. Report software defects.
7. Receive direction from the System Test Manager or designate.
8. See how your products will change the world as you participate in
the requirements and design approval phases of the development cycle.
Skills and Knowledge
1. Fluent in French; familiarity with technical translations.
2. General knowledge of the NT and Unix operating systems.
3. Comfortable with installing configuring software, including in
French operating systems.
4. Experience in a testing environment.
5. Detailed and task oriented.
6. Written and oral communication skills.
7. Familiar with Quality Standards (ISO 9000, IEEE) and software
lifecycle a plus.
8. Knowledge of software applications. (Software testing tools, defect
tracking tools, and web browsers).
Academic
The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Work Environment
Casual office environment. Reasonable accommodations can be made to
