Division Director position available in English As a Second Language
Division. Qualifications include a master's degree in English as a
second language or master's degree plus 18 graduate hours in one of
the disciplines supervised. Plans, organizes, and directs the
instructional and administrative activities of the English as a Second
Language Division, including both credit and noncredit
courses. Provides divisional leadership that ensures quality
instructional process. Provides highly responsible support to the
Associate Dean for International Programs and Services and to the Dean
of South Campus/Business, International and General
Studies. Coordinates assigned activities with other College divisions
and offices. Teaches a minimum of six load units per year. Experience
in managing budgets, personnel, and instructional programs is
preferred.
