Ming Chuan University Faculty Employment, School of Applied Languages
The Department of Applied English at Ming Chuan University (MCU),
Taipei/Taoyuan, Taiwan is looking for qualified candidates to fill six
full-time faculty positions at Assistant or Associate Professor level.
Candidates:
(a) will have doctorate degree in Applied Linguistics/Second Language
Acquisition/English or related field in hand by December 2007
(b) will have good command of oral and written English
(c) will have experience in teaching English as a foreign language
(d) will have experience in ESP, (Business Writing, Business Communication
and Management), EFL, or testing
The teaching load is up to 15 hours per week. Faculty members are expected
to support some administrative duties for a variety of activities at MCU.
