Meeting Description:

We are pleased to announce the call for papers for the Sixth International
Conference on Construction Grammar (ICCG-6). The conference will be held in
Prague, Czech Republic, at Charles University (Faculty of Arts), on September 3-
5, 2010. This gathering marks 10 years of a conference series that started in
2000 and has developed into a regularly held international forum for promoting
discussion and collaboration among linguists interested in Construction Grammar
and Frame Semantics, as well as related constructional approaches, including
their application in a wide range of empirical research. Previous conferences
took place in Berkeley, CA (2001), Helsinki (2002), Marseille (2004), Tokyo
(2006), and Austin, TX (2008). Further information about Construction Grammar

There is also a pre-conference workshop organized by Luc Steels and his research
associates, a two-day Tutorial on Fluid Construction Grammar (Sept. 1-2, 2010).

At the request of a number of colleagues, the abstract submission deadline has
been extended by one week, till March 8, 2010. No more abstracts will be
accepted after this date.
