Description:

PhD Computational Linguistics QT by Deep Language Engineering Approaches 0,9 fte. 

Applications are invited for a PhD candidate in the area of computational linguistics. This position is part of the European Project "QTLeap": Quality Translation by Deep Language Engineering Approaches. The goal of the project is to obtain improvements in machine translation, building on the complementarities of symbolic and probabilistic approaches. The computational linguistics group in Groningen is responsible for the Dutch language in the project, as well as for the language generation components.
