Meeting Description:
The Department of Linguistics at Rutgers University is proud to host the fourth Formal Approaches to South Asian Languages (FASAL 4) workshop. The main aim of this workshop is to provide a platform to discuss South Asian Linguistics from the perspective of formal syntax, semantics and morphology.

Final Call for Papers:
FASAL 4 (Formal Approaches to South Asian Languages), to be held at Rutgers University on March 29-30, 2014, invites abstracts on theoretical and experimental approaches to syntax, semantics, and morphology. Talks will be 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes of discussion.
Abstracts, including references and data, should be limited to two single-spaced pages (A4 or US Letter) with 1-inch (2.5cm) margins and a minimum font size of 11pt. Abstracts should be submitted through EasyChair no later than October 1:

Notification of acceptance will be by November 15. There is a possibility of travel funds for one or two student presenters if they are unable to secure funding from their home institution or other appropriate sources.
