Meeting Description:

The Sixth International Conference on Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT 2015) is organised in Leuven, Belgium, from 16 September to 18 September.

Conference Themes:

The conference theme is Tasks for Real. We are particularly interested in proposals that focus on: 

- Tasks that encourage language learning for real-life purposes
- Tasks that emphasize meaning-making
- The authentic use of tasks in the classroom

2nd Call for Papers:

TBLT 2015

For its 10-year anniversary the TBLT conference is returning to Leuven, Belgium.
The organizers of the Sixth International Conference on Task-Based Language Teaching (TBLT 2015) are now accepting proposals that focus on meaningful tasks for language learning and assessment, both inside and outside the classroom. The confirmed plenary speakers are Geoff Petty, Alison Mackey and Kris Van den Branden.

Submit abstracts for individual papers, workshops and show & tell sessions via www.tblt.org/conferences/2015. Submit colloquium proposals by sending the proposal in one document to tblt at tblt.org. The deadline for submission is 10 January 2015. Notification of the review outcome is scheduled for February 2015.
