Meeting Description: 

We are pleased to announce that the first International Symposium on Japanese
Language and Education (JADEUS) will take place at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart
University, Canakkale, Turkey.  
 

The official languages of JADEUS 2016 will be Turkish and Japanese. Papers in
English will also be accepted. Papers from all social science disciplines
related to Japanese Linguistics, Japanese Language Education are welcome. 
Oral presentation will last for 30 minutes. A presentation should include 20
minutes talk and 10 minutes discussion. 
 
Papers can be presented in three forms: Research Papers (Kenkyū Happyō),
Technical Reports (Jissen Hōkoku), and Panels. 

Each participant can submit two papers at most. Please submit your paper(s)
via www.jadeus2016.tk

Abstracts should contain around 600 characters in Japanese, 400 words in
Turkish and English.  

Besides, selected papers from the symposium will be published as a book
chapter in the independent academic book.
