Meeting Description:

The Cambridge Postgraduate Workshop on Endangered Languages and Cultures
(CELCPW 2016) is an event where postgraduate students working on endangered
languages and cultures will present on-going work and discuss their research
with peers. The Workshop will be held on 5 July 2016, at the University of
Cambridge, United Kingdom. We are pleased to announce Chris Moseley (UNESCO
Atlas of Endangered Languages and UCL) as keynote speaker for the workshop.
Submissions are invited for oral presentations. The standard length of a talk
will be 20 minutes plus 10 minutes questions and discussion. All papers
related to endangered languages and cultures are welcome. Postgraduate
students (Master's and PhD) are encouraged to participate the workshop.

Call for Papers:

Abstract submission deadline: by midnight on 30 April 2016
Notification of acceptance: by midnight on 15 May 2016
All abstracts will be subject to peer review.

Cambridge Sidgwick Site, United Kingdom

One person can submit at most two abstracts only one of which can be singly
authored. Abstracts must be submitted electronically in PDF format.
Submissions should be anonymous and not reveal the identity of the author(s)
in any form (e.g., references, file name or properties of the abstract).
Abstracts must not exceed one page in letter-size or A4 paper, including any
data and references, with 2.5 cm (or 1 inch) margins on all sides and 11 point
font size.
