Description:

The Anthropology program at Kansas State University is looking for an
instructor to teach three Linguistic Anthropology courses in Manhattan,
Kansas, in Spring 2017. The classes are:

- Introduction to Linguistic Anthropology.
- Upper-level course in Linguistic Anthropology. 
- Upper-level "Language and Culture" class.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

- MA in Linguistic Anthropology or a related field, and the expertise to teach
the classes required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Training in a doctoral program in Linguistic Anthropology; ABD or PhD in
Linguistic Anthropology preferred; teaching experience preferred.

* We very much hope to find a person willing to move to Kansas for a semester,
but if that ends up being impossible we will hire someone to teach online. If
