The successful applicant will be working within a small, highly skilled team
of subject experts in a world-class laboratory and research centre. The
bursaries cover:
- full waiver of tuition fees.
- an annual stipend of £14,553 lasting 3 years for full-time study, or half
pro-rata for 6 years for part-time study.
- a research budget of £2,000 to cover project expenses and travel.
- Membership of CASL research centre and access to further, competitive,
research funding
The deadline for applications is Friday April 14th (extended from 31 March)
2017.

In addition to the bursary opportunity, CASL also welcomes applications from
students applying for or who have already secured external financial support.
We also co-supervise students registered for their degree at other
institutions. Self-funded or externally registered students would have more
flexibility in the topic of their research and should contact relevant
potential supervisors to discuss such proposals.
