Focus: The Summer School of the Società Italiana di Glottologia (http://www.glottologia.org/) is an event, organized annually since 1976, which brings together scholars from different domains of linguistic investigation. This year’s summer school focuses on sociolinguistics, new trends in historical linguistics, language change and digital resources for linguistics, and text linguistics.
Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate
Description:
The School will take place from September 4th to September 7th 2017 at the
seaside town of Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) and on September 7th in Udine. The
school offers four advanced courses and an invited lecture. The classes will
be held in Italian.

Tuition Explanation: The registration fee includes tuition, full board treatment and transport
service to the conference venues.
Financial Aid: Applications accepted until 15-Jun-2017
The summer school offers fee reduction to three BA or MA graduates who have discussed a thesis on a linguistic topic and have gained a degree with highest grade.
