Meeting Description:
On July 20th and 21st, the Institute for Information Science and Natural
Language Processing hosts the ''TermVar Workshop on terminological
variation''. The workshop, which deals with the phenomenon of variation in
specialised language, brings together national and international experts from
specialised communication, terminology, translation science and computational
linguistics. The three planned workshop sessions aim to promote discussion on
the subject from both a theoretical and an application-oriented perspective.
