Description:
An intensive training in digital skills, particularly, in the use of various
digital tools (software), including: Flex, ELAN, Audacity, Lexique Pro,
ToolBox, PRAAT etc for linguistic, ethnolinguistic and literary data
generation, processing and analysis. Participants will also be engaged in
hands-on-task training in using the relevant digital skills and tools in
making soft and manual dictionary, publishing and documentation of language,
oral literature and traditional ecological/ethnological knowledge.


Tuition: 10000 Other

Tuition Explanation: Participation Fee of N10,000 covers tuition and training kit only

Participants are to make their own feeding and accommodation arrangements.
While PCs will be made available for training for those who may not have their
personal devices, we encourage participants to come with their laptops/tablets
for download and transfer of necessary applications/software.
