Focus: The main objectives of the summer school are as follows:
- to get to know the specifics of literary translation in direct contact with writers and translators from different nationalities.
- to acquire the necessary competences for being able to translate multimodal texts and work directly with audiovisual texts, literary texts etc.
- to provide the participants with necessary competences to use translation in their profession and generate work applications directly based on translation.
- the explanation and use of technological tools for translation
- to introduce the participants into the research in translation studies, its techniques and creative writing directly related to literary translation.
