Description:
The IBER-LAB Research Unit (ref. UCE2018-04) at the University of Granada
(Spain) will host its International Summer School from 23rd to 27th September
2019. It is aimed at research students (PhDs and postdocs) and ealy-career
researchers from different countries interested in Ibero-American studies
within any of the four research areas of Iber-Lab: Spanish language, L2
Spanish acquisition, literary criticism and Ibero-American culture.
We offer a multidisciplinary academic programme with a variety of conferences
and hands-on seminars. Attendees will be able to present their current
research and get feedback from leading experts of the four different areas of
research. There will be also sessions devoted to getting advice on academic
career prospects as well as discussions with editors from renowned publishihng
houses about the best strategies and policies to publish your research.
Attendees can choose between module 1 sessions (Spanish language and L2
Spanish acquisition) or module 2 sessions (Literary criticism and Literature).
The academic programme is complemented by an attractive cultural programme in
the historic city of Granada.
