Description:
The National University of Singapore will hire a Research Fellow (post-doc)
with specialization in syntactic and/or semantic theory. The position is for
one year, beginning early to mid-2020, with possibility of renewal.
The Research Fellow will have the opportunity to pursue their independent
research program and engage with the syntax/semantics community at NUS.
Interest in or experience with the study of languages of Southeast Asia is a
plus. There is no teaching obligation. Funds exist for fieldwork travel and
expenses, travel to international conferences, and publication expenses.
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications. The Research
Fellow must have their PhD in hand by the start of the position.
