Meeting Description:

The 52nd Linguistic Symposium on Romance Languages (LSRL 52) will be hosted by
the University of Wisconsin-Madison. It will take from April 21-23, 2022 in
either a hybrid or completely virtual format depending on COVID-19-related
travel restrictions and mandates. The keynote addresses will be given by
Marlyse Baptista (University of Michigan), Margaret Renwick (University of
Georgia) and Liliana Sánchez (University of Illinois-Chicago).


2nd Call for Papers:

We invite abstract submissions to LSRL 52 for consideration as twenty-minute
talks (plus ten minutes for discussion) or poster presentations on any aspect
of Romance Linguistics.

Abstract specifications:
- Anonymized PDFs written in English
- No more than two pages in length (including examples and references) –
examples and figures should be integrated into the text
- 12-point font with one-inch margins (US letter size paper)

Submissions are limited to one individual and one joint abstract, or two joint
abstracts, per author.

LSRL 52 will be completely virtual.
