Description:

The Department of Linguistics at the University of Washington-Seattle invites
applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Linguistics,
with a specialization in syntax.

University of Washington faculty engage in research, teaching and service; the
successful applicant will develop a high-impact research program, complement
the existing strengths of the department, teach graduate and undergraduate
courses, supervise student research, and contribute to the diversity mission
of the university. This position is full-time (100% FTE), with a 9-month
service period.

Qualifications: 
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Linguistics or foreign equivalent by the start
date (September 15, 2023). All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
