Call for Papers:
Call for papers for a special issue of Lingvisticæ Investigationes:
Dislocation constructions in French: descriptions, models, and new
approaches
(Fr. Constructions disloquées : descriptions, modélisations et
nouvelles perspectives)
This publication project, as part of a special issue of Lingvisticæ
Investigationes, aims to investigate the syntax of dislocation
constructions in French. In their contributions, authors are welcome
to explore dislocation phenomena from multiple theoretical
perspectives, involving different data, and a variety of analyses and
methodological choices. For more details, see the publication

Instructions and schedule
Submissions will be made in two stages: during the first stage,
authors should send 3-page abstracts of their research proposals
(bibliography not included); during the second stage, upon the
notification of acceptance of their proposals, authors will be invited
to send their articles of 15-20 pages length (with bibliographical
references included).
Schedule to be respected for this thematic issue:
Public call for contributions: May 10, 2024
Submission of abstracts (3 pages, bibliography not included): October
1, 2024
Notification to authors: November 1, 2024
If proposal abstract is accepted, submission of articles (15 to 20
pages): March 1, 2025
Notification to authors: June 1, 2025
Final version of articles: November 15, 2025
Publication of the special issue: February 2026
