Meeting Description:

The fourth international conference on “Multilingual Digital
Terminology Today. Design, Representation Formats and Management
Systems” (MDTT) 2025 aims to bring together specialists in the
disciplines of terminology, terminography, computational terminology,
specialized lexicography, computational linguistics, NLP, in order to
share methodological reflections on design approaches, representation
formats and management systems of the digital terminology collected in
the terminological resources.

In particular, the conference is organized around the following areas:
 - Analysis of the information needs of the future user of the
resource
 - Assessment of structural design approaches for terminological data
collections
 - Study of terminological metadata and data representation formats
 - Methods of validating the ergonomics of a resource
 - Methods for populating a resource

Call for Papers:

Submission format

Research papers describing original ideas on the listed topics and/or
on other fundamental aspects of digital terminology are solicited. In
this conference, papers must be in the 3-5 pages range excluding
references.

Papers must be in the CEUR-ART single-column style template.

The papers will go through a double-blind review process.
Therefore, we invite all the authors to anonymize their papers.

The languages of the papers can be English, French, and Greek.

Authors must submit their papers via CMT Microsoft at the following
link

Each proposal will be sent to two anonymous reviewers chosen among the
members of the scientific committee.

The accepted papers will be published on the online open-access
platform CEUR-WS (http://ceur-ws.org/). It is mandatory that at least
one author of each accepted paper registers to the conference to
present the work and have the paper published in the proceedings.


Post-Conference Selected Papers Publications

The authors of the accepted contributions to the conference will be
invited to submit an extended version of the paper for an
international journal or a volume.

The provisional agenda of the conference is:

 - December 20, 2024: deadline for submitting paper proposals
 - February 15, 2025: notification to the authors
 - March 25, 2025: deadline for submitting the camera-ready version of
the paper
 - April 5, 2025: publication of provisional program
 - June 19-20, 2025: Conference
