The Centre for Child Language Research (CCLR)
(https://taniazamuner.weebly.com/) is recruiting graduate students
interested in a Linguistics PhD at the University of Ottawa
(https://www.uottawa.ca/faculty-arts/linguistics) for the Fall of
2025. The CCLR is directed by Dr. Tania Zamuner
(https://taniazamuner.weebly.com/), whose research focuses on language
development throughout infancy to early childhood, with a special
attention on the development of spoken word production and spoken word
processing, using a variety of techniques including eyetracking.
Students at the CCLR be a part of which conducts research at the
uOttawa Living Lab at Canada Science and Technology Museum
(https://uottawalivinglab.weebly.com/the-living-lab.html). Our
museum-based Living Lab, focuses on scientific creation and sharing
and community partnerships. The University of Ottawa is located in
Ottawa, the capital of Canada, with opportunities to study language
development on both English and French.
