Partial Conference Fee Waivers for PhD Students
To support equitable participation and reduce financial barriers, the
IC-YRHSS -2025 organizing committee is offering a limited number of
partial fee waivers (up to 50%) for eligible PhD students.
Partial fee waivers may be considered, upon request, for:
- Fee-paying PhD students who are not supported by university-funded
grants or scholarships
- PhD students from disadvantaged or low-income countries
- Students with limited personal or institutional financial resources
We encourage applications from students for whom the standard
registration fee represents a significant financial challenge. Waiver
requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and applicants may
be asked to provide a brief statement of need.
To request a partial fee waiver, please email yrhss at uab.ro with the
following information:
- Your full name and institutional affiliation
- Proof of current PhD student status
- A short explanation (2–3 sentences) of your financial circumstances
or lack of access to funding
All information provided will be treated confidentially and used only
for the purpose of assessing eligibility.
We hope this initiative will help support broader and more inclusive
participation in IC-YRHSS -2025.
