On June 4, 2025 the lab ‘Savoirs, Textes, Langage’ (STL, UMR 8163) at
the University of Lille (France), will host the third installment of
the workshop ‘Des Langues Pas Si Mortes’ (DELPASIMO 3).
DELPASIMO 3 is devoted to the formal study of historical languages,
primarily from a synchronic (rather than diachronic) perspective. The
workshop is open to work couched in any formal theoretical framework,
on any old language, and on any domain of the grammar (in particular
phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics).
The invited speaker for DELPASIMO 3 is Adèle Jatteau (University of
Lille).
More information about DELPASIMO 3, as well as about the associated
conference ‘Rencontres Autour de la Linguistique Formelle’ (RALFe
2025, June 5-6) can be found at the conference website:

We now invite abstract submissions for oral and poster presentations
(in the online submission form, please indicate which format you
prefer).
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes long, followed by 10 minutes of
discussion. Abstracts should be anonymous and no longer than two A4
pages, including tables, figures and examples, in 12-point Times New
Roman, with margins of at least 2,5 cm / 1 inch. Bibliographical
references may be added on a separate page. Submissions are limited to
a maximum of one individual and one joint abstract per author
(DELPASIMO 3 and RALFe 2025 combined).
 
Abstracts are to be submitted in pdf format via the platform
SciencesConf, which can be accessed at
https://ralfe2025.sciencesconf.org/submission/submit.
The deadline for submission of abstracts is January 31, 2025.
Notification of acceptance: March 10, 2025.
The conference organizers are Lieven Danckaert, Luca Gasparri, Cédric
Patin, Christopher Piñón, Tanja Temmerman and Gerhard Schaden.
