Subject: CLS 61 Call for Papers EXTENDED DEADLINE: 1/26/2025


Hi all,
The Chicago Linguistic Society's call for papers has extended its
deadline to January 26, 2025. This year we'd like to highlight inquiry
in domains that have traditionally fallen outside of the conference's
focus. As such, we particularly welcome submissions in areas
including, but not limited to, manual modality and signed languages,
sound change, pragmatics, sociolinguistic interfaces, and Black
