Subject: Psycho- Neurolinguistics at the Brain Awareness Week (Düsseldorf)

Brain Awareness Week is a global campaign to spread information about
the brain and how it is researched. The Psycho-Neurolinguistics Chair
(Linguistics Institute) of the Heinrich Heine University (Düsseldorf)
has organized two fantastic evenings full of science and fun with
researchers from inside and outside of the University.
Do you know which brain hemisphere is more dominant in language? Do
you know what is a whistled language? Any idea about how alcohol
affects the way you speak? What can tell our eyes about the brain? How
do we measure intelligence? What does real data from the brain look
like? If you want to learn about this, participate in real studies,
see a pop-up brain exhibition and much more, join us in person next
week on Wednesday the 12th (Haus der Universität) and Thursday the
13th (Institute for Linguistics) in Düsseldorf from 17:00. Here you
have the complete program with all the details:

No previous knowledge is assumed, everyone is welcome! Registration is
not needed and all the activities are for free. There will be
activities in German and English.
