🌍 Master in Multilingualism and Regionality (MA_MuR) – Apply now until
July 10, 2025!
Are you passionate about language, multilingualism, and empirical
research? Do you want to work in an interdisciplinary setting, gain
international perspectives, and advance your academic skills? Then the
Master's program Multilingualism and Regionality (MA_MuR) at the
University of Regensburg is the perfect fit for you!
What can you expect?
• A research-oriented, interdisciplinary program focusing on current
methods and theories in multilingualism studies.
• An integrated semester abroad at a renowned partner university.
• A unique combination of linguistic specialization and regional
perspectives.
• Courses in and about multiple languages, plus the opportunity to
learn an additional language.
• Excellent preparation for a PhD or a career in international
academia and education.
Who can apply?
Graduates of philological Bachelor's programs with a focus on
linguistics (e.g. English Studies, German Studies, Romance Studies,
Slavic Studies, General Linguistics) who are enthusiastic about
language and research. At present, knowledge of German is required, as
most courses are taught in German. In the future, the number of
courses offered in English is expected to increase.
