This is part of Pragmasophia 2028, 15th-19th May, COSPECS, University
of Messina.
This workshop will also include cultural pragmatics.
We are especially interested in African languages, Asiatic languages,
the languages of South America and of American Indians. We are also
interested in all remaining languages of the world. We are interested
in proper names and quasi-proper names, derogative nicknames in all
languages, creoles, lingua franca. How is general pragmatics affected
by Intercultural Pragmatics? Discussions of the works of Istvan
Kecskes.
Contributions from Iran are welcome. They will be examined by myself
and Salmani Nodoushan.
Selected articles will be published in a collection by Springer (my
series PPPP) or in a journal (special issue).
