Subject: English-German MPI-EVA-Leipzig corpus - Silvie Data Online

We are pleased to announce that data from Silvie, the second child in
the English-German MPI-EVA-Leipzig corpus, are now available on the
CHILDES platform.
This longitudinal and dense corpus contains transcripts of spontaneous
child–adult interaction involving three bilingual children. Currently,
the data from Fion and Silvie are available, and the remaining corpus
from Lily will be added in the near future.
The Silvie corpus spans the period from age 2;4 to 3;9, comprising 135
hours of recordings with 43,082 child utterances and 111,840 input
utterances.
The data can be accessed through the CHILDES database here:
https://talkbank.org/childes/access/Biling/MPI-EVA-Leipzig.html
We hope this contribution will serve as a useful tool for the
community, and we welcome any feedback from researchers making use of
the data.
Best regards,
Antje Quick, Stefan Hartmann, Nikolas Koch, and Nina
Julich-Warpakowski
