The research group HUM-1131 MAIFILIT is pleased to announce the 4th
International Conference on Digital Linguistics, Shaping the Future of
Discourse in the Digital Age, co-organised by the University of
Granada, the University of Alicante, and the Universitat Politècnica
de València. The conference will be held in person on 3, 4 and 5
February 2027 at the Faculty of Translation and Interpreting,
University of Granada.
The conference will bring together researchers and doctoral candidates
— with a dedicated panel for the latter — with three main thematic
areas: language teaching and learning; translation and interpreting;
and discourse analysis, all approached from the perspective of digital
influence and new technologies. Proposals are welcome for papers,
software demonstrations, R&D projects, posters, round tables, and
workshops.
Submission of proposals: abstracts of up to 300 words (in Spanish or
English), submitted via the form available on the conference website.
Important Dates:
- Deadline for proposal submission: 10 October 2026
- Notification of acceptance: before 10 November 2026
- Early-bird registration: until 10 December 2026
- Standard registration: until 15 January 2027
