Call for Papers:
Contemporary Trends in English-Language Studies 3 is a linguistic
conference that brings together scholars working on the English
language and its use. The 2027 edition is held ONLINE.
For this year's edition, we invite papers addressing a wide range of
topics related to contemporary research on English, including:
- current research interests and emerging areas in English-language
studies;
- methods and approaches used in contemporary research on English;
- methodological, theoretical, and empirical challenges faced by
researchers;
- innovative approaches to addressing these challenges.
The topics above are intended as suggestions rather than limitations.
We welcome contributions from all areas of English-language research
that engage with current developments, emerging perspectives, and new
directions in the field. Contributions are particularly welcome where
the primary focus is on the English language, its structure, use,
variation, and change.
