The Virtual Fourth Floor International Socio/Phonetics Lab Group (VFF)
is a casual lab discussion group for faculty or students working in
socio and/or phonetics who need a little more top-level nerding in
their lives. We do practice conference talks, informal discussion of
new project ideas, help with methods, guest speakers, and the
occasional journal club article reading, as members want. We meet
every other week, this fall on Mondays at 2:30 Central. Email Valerie
Freeman (Assoc. Prof. at OK State) for more info or to be added to the
mailing list.
