Qualifications and Position Requirements

Education
- Excellent master's degree in (computational) linguistics,
  communications or equivalent
- Experience in one of the following fields:
    . IT /Software development or product management
    . Online media or web analytics

Knowledge
- Quantitative and qualitative methods such as content analysis and
  statistics
- Computer and internet proficiency, affinity to online media
- Analytical thinking skills and creativity in solving novel problems
- Excellent English and German, other languages welcome

- Interest and confidence in dealing with cutting-edge software
  development
- Ability to communicate and present at top management level
- Detail-oriented and conscientious work ethic
