REVUE /CORPUS /: APPEL A CONTRIBUTIONS

Le prochain numéro de la revue CORPUS, à paraître en novembre 2011,
sera un numéro de /varia/.

Pas de thématique imposée, donc, mais les articles soumis doivent
s'inscrire dans la philosophie générale de la revue : au fil des
numéros, la revue développe une réflexion approfondie sur le rôle des
corpus dans les pratiques linguistiques contemporaines et une analyse
réflexive sur les modes de constitution des différents corpus
présentés, ainsi que sur leurs outils d'exploitation. Chaque article
publié cherche à expliciter et évaluer les processus heuristiques qui
unissent la collecte et la structuration des données empiriques d'une
part et le surgissement ou la validation de l'hypothèse linguistique
d'autre part.

*Calendrier *:

Les propositions d’article (titre, résumé long de deux à trois pages,
références bibliographiques) sont à envoyer avant le 20 novembre 2010
à Sylvie Mellet (Sylvie.Mellet at unice.fr).

Une première réponse du comité de lecture sera formulée en janvier
2011.

Si la proposition est retenue, la version longue de l’article sera à
remettre pour le 1er mai 2011.

Cette version sera de nouveau soumise au comité de lecture, et des
amendements pourront être demandés. La version définitive sera à
remettre au plus tard pour le 1er juillet 2011.

CALL FOR PAPERS

We would like to invite contributions for CORPUS 10 to appear in
november 2011. Please note that this next issue of CORPUS will be a
varia issue. Then there is no precise topic, but each submission have
to respect the general scientific objectives of the CORPUS. Indeed,
this journal invites the contributors to devote substantial coverage
to the role corpora are given within current linguistic research as
well as the methods applied when gathering and implementing such
data. Furthermore, the papers aim at explaining and assessing the
various heuristic connections between the collection and the
organisation of the empirical information on the one hand, and the
emergence or the validation of a theoretical hypothesis on the other
hand.

Proposals in languages other than French will be accepted.

*Important dates *:

Proposals (title, long summary of 2 or 3 pages, bibliography) must be
sent before the 20th. november 2010 to Sylvie Mellet
(Sylvie.Mellet at unice.fr).
Each submission will be reviewed at least by two members of the
Lecture Committee and a preliminary answer will be notify in january
2011.  In case of acceptation, the complete paper must be sent before
the 1st may 2011.
Eventually, the authors will be asked to provide any precisions and
corrections before sending the definitive version of the paper (1st
july 2011).
