The International Conference on Information and Communication Systems
(ICICS 2013) is a forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to
present their latest research results, ideas, developments, and
applications in all areas of Computer and Information Sciences. The
topics that will be covered in the ICICS 2013 include, but are not
limited to: Artificial Intelligence, Mobile Computing, Networking,
Information Security and Cryptography, Intrusion Detection and Computer

INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers following the
guidelines posted on the conference website
http://www.icics.info/icics2013.
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and prospective authors are
expected to present their papers at the conference. The papers that are
accepted and presented at the conference will appear in CD proceedings,
in the ACM Digital Library (pending approval) and in DBLP.
Best paper and best student paper will be selected by peer reviews and
will be announced during the social event at the conference.

Please submit your paper in PDF format via the electronic submission

Prospective authors are expected to present their papers at the
conference.

Extended version of selected papers will be published in Journals like:

- Journal of emerging technologies in web intelligence (JETWI, ISSN
