Dat letzte Vertellen up de Siet, "Dat beden is kien Ogenverkükelee," is
vun Maron C. Fort uut Leer in Oostfreesland schreven un lest worren.
He is 'n Afrikaansch-Amerikaner un 'n Spetschalist in't Flach vun
Oostfreessch (Sater-Freessch) un Neddersassisch (Nedderdüütsch).  Mann
in de Tünn!  Sien Neddersassisch, ook sien Uutspaak, is schients beter
as 'n Barg Lüüd' er, de mit de Spraak groot worren sünd.

Hi, Folks!

Please allow me to explain one more thing:

The story last listed on that page, "Dat beden is kien Ogenverkükelee,"
was written and read by Maron C. Fort of Leer in Eastern Friesland.  He
is an African-American and a specialist in the area of East Frisian
(Sater Frisian) and Low Saxon (Low German).  Oh, boy!  I'm really
impressed.  His Low Saxon, including his pronunciation, seems to be
better than that of many native speakers.
