Fascinating! I wonder if you could tell me how many of these are

Well, even without setting eyes on the publication, this is clearly an
extremely important step in the survival of the language in North
America, and obviously a momentous achievement.

Congratulations to Eldo on the publication of his two books on Mennonite Low
Saxon (Low German), commonly referred to as "Plautdietsch".  I am sure that
this, together with our own Reuben Epp's published works, will turn out to be
a significant step in the direction of general knowledge about this important
dialect group and will help to create a general sense of language among the
speakers far and wide, most of whom have not yet begun to look beyond their
front doors.
