A'v juist set up a clashineuk (or whatever the Scots for "chatroom" micht
be!) on ScotsteXt!. This is, as ye micht weel imagine, for crack in the
Scots langage, tho that's no ti say that the'r ti be ony dingin o thame as
disna spaek it an still haes a interest in't. A'll try an be thare whanever
A'm online for ony raeson, but ye can aye uize it as a wee placie for meetin
up wi ane anither back an forrit, like if ye want a bit collogue in or on
Scots but nae ither means at haun. For a peety, the seestem messages is in
English, but A'm seein if A canna dae something aboot that!

The latest phenomenon on ScotsteXt! is a chatroom. This, as you might guess,
is for chatting in Scots, although we've no intention of discriminating
against anyone who doesn't speak it but is interested in the language. I'll
try to be there whenever I'm online for any reason, but feel free to use it
as a place for meeting up with each other on the odd occassion, for example
when you want to talk to someone in or on Scots but haven't any better
method set up. Alas, the system messages are in English, but I'm trying to
do something about that!
