Subject: Tales in Scots

A few years ago while I was an announcer on a local Scots radio programme I
recreated several old fairy tales into Edinburgh Working Class dialect for
reading On Air. The tales are humorous parodies deviating considerably from
their originals. Based in Edinburgh tenement settings all start in a local
pub with the narrator cadging drinks from the listener. Spelling is my own
interpretation, what else is there? My spell checker had several seizures
when i tried it out.
Due to their length I will not send any to this List but if anybody is
interested contact me offlist and I'll send an example.
