The Ulster-Scots Agency now has its Corporate Plan for 2001-4 online

It has, shall we say, its strengths and weaknesses. Lowlanders are
strongly encouraged to take part in the public consultation process
before the end of February, because what we do will have repercussions
elsewhere and we have to get it right. We have been guilty, in the
past, of not listening - now is our chance to put that right.
