Constitution de la République et Canton du Jura (Suisse)
Constitution jurassienne (Délemont, le 3 février 1977)
Art. 3. Le français est la langue nationale et officielle de la
République et Canton du Jura

Constitution du canton de Berne (6 juin 1993)
Art. 6-2.
Les langues officielles sont:
a. le français dans le jura bernois
b. le français et l'allemand dans le district de Bienne
c. l'allemand dans les autres districts

(The old Jura was split up, some 20 years ago,  between the new canton
of the Jura, the Jura part that remained in Bern and the districht
Laufen, wich was transferred to Basel-Landschaft)

Constitution du canton de Fribourg du 7 mai 1857
art 21-1 (reviewed 1990-1991) Le français et l'allemand sont les langues
officielles. Leur utilisation est réglée dans je respect du principe de
la territorialité.
Staatsverfassung des Kantons Freiburg vom 7. Mai 1957
Art. 21-1 Französisch und Deutsch sind die Amtssprachen. Ihr Gebrauch
wird in Achtung des Territorialitätsprinzips geregelt.
