A musical composition titled "Straalvleugel" would entice me to expect
something highly imaginative, exciting but light, energetic but not
forceful,
ethereal but not other-worldly; something suffused with cosmic rays but

for humans.
Couldn't you use "Straalfleugel" for Friesland?  I think they'd like it.
