The Scots pronunciation is with the first vowel shortened to
a schwa (obscure vowel), here in the north-east at least.

There are other things you might say depending on the situation.
If you're inviting someone in from outside, you could say
"come awa ben" (i.e. come on inside). "You're welcome" as a response
to thanks can be expressed as "(it's) nae bather".
