"Sandrepies" is a combination of two words to form a new word. Without
the
context it is difficult to determine the exact meaning, but I will try.
sand - sand in English repies - narrow strips. "Om iets in repies te
sny"; - to cut something into narrow strips, or to shred something.

Now for "sandrepies" - likely narrow strips of sand. If I have the
context I should be able to do better.
