Net als in het Engels. Eventueel met een van de Nederlandse w's en
een s, "Weels".

Welshman. Uitgesproken als in het Engels. Hebben we geen eigen woord
voor.
Waals kan niet, want dat gebruiken we al voor het Franstalig deel
van België.

Wales en welshman, worden zoals in het engels uitgesproken. Zonder "eigen"
klank.
De stam is wel interessant, omdat het zuidelijk deel van Belgie, Wallonie
is,
dat klaarblijkelijk dezelde stam 'Wal' heeft, dat, als ik mij niet vergis,
dezelfde connotatie heeft als 'de vreemden, de """barbaren """".
