Dear Lowlanders,

My apologies for a mailing that just went out to the entire List by mistake,
namely due to an error in an automated response macro I devised.  This
notification was meant only for certain Hotmail users among our subscribers.
LL-L mailings keep bouncing back from those people's accounts, despite my
requests (also on our homepage) to adjust the bulkmail filter.  I have a
good mind to reject new subscription applications from all Hotmail accounts,
because whatever is going on has been causing me an unacceptable amount of
trouble.

Again, please accept my apologies for the mishap.
