The upperclass French isn't a question of accent. It is a question of
"snobby" mistakes....
You sometimes hear people talk that sort of French, and if they do not
succeed in finding the right 'French' word, they have to switch to
Flemish, which is extremely funny, because this is a symbol for them of
an on the spot , obligatory "loosing" their "classy" attitude.
