Hello,
In V we say:
geboren en getogen,
meaning born there and still living there:
-Ik ben een geboren en getogen West-Vlaming.
When i live somewhere else i just use the past:
-'k Was een geboren en getogen Bruggeling.
One can also say:
J'is van ... afkomstig (E, lit.: he is coming from)
J' is van Ingelmunstre afkomstig.
Also:
J'is geboôrtig van Ingelmunstre.
